Every lady wants an hourglass figure, but are you up for the challenge? This is an intense, no-frills week long challenge that should only be done by veterans. If you really want to see results, try to complete this without cheating!
- No soda or carbonated drinks.
- Now or little bread.
- No pasta
- No Sweets (Candy, chocolate, cookies, brownies, processed artificial junk foods)
- No Alcohol
- No Red Meat
- Glass of citrus juice
- Drink at least 6 bottles of water.
- Eat steamed fish or chicken.
- Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
- Get at least a 30-minute workout in.
- At least 2 hours of waist training exercises.
